At Electric Scooter, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our high-performance models. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Scooter

  Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and tools to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
