Yes, every scooter purchased through our store includes a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
Is it safe to ride these electric scooters in the rain?
Most of our models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles to avoid electrical damage.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return window for scooters in original condition with less than 10 miles of recorded travel. Please retain the original packaging for all returns.
